Moving in the Rainy PNW: Your Survival Guide to Staying Dry

Moving is stressful enough, but adding the Pacific Northwest's famous, persistent drizzle can make it feel like a scene from a soggy movie. Fear not, fellow mover!

With the right preparation, you can keep your belongings (and your sanity) dry, safe, and ready for your new adventure in the lush green of the PNW. Here is your essential guide to navigating a rainy moving day.

1. Waterproof Your Packing Strategy

Cardboard and water are a terrible combination. Wet boxes lose their structural integrity and can damage items inside, leading to potential mold or mildew growth.
